The dimensions of a standard 40ft shipping container are approximately as follows 40ft (lenght) x 8ft (wide) x 8ft 6 inches tall (12.19m x 2.44m x 2.59m). Internal volume is approximately 66.8 cubic metres and with tare weight of 4.06 tonnes.
